Instructions AFTER Receiving Your RMA #

Please retain these instructions for your records.

1. Please display the RMA # on the outside of all returned packages.

  • RMA # Is valid for 30 days from date of issuance.
  • We will refuse any shipment returned without the RMA # or with an expired #.

2. Customer is responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the shipment. We suggest you use a service which issues a tracking number.

3. All items must be returned in their original packaging along with accessories.

4. Any items returned for credit/exchange not in original or resalable condition will incur an additional restocking charge of 25% or be returned to you.
