Weld-On® 31 is a medium speed, 2-component (10:1) structural adhesive. It cures at room temperature to form high strength bond within minutes. In addition to excellent impact and fatigue resistance, this adhesive has gap-filling capabilities, excellent corrosion and chemical resistance. Once cured, Weld-On 31 maintains performance even in extreme temperature conditions, from -40º F (-40º C) to 180º F (82º C).  UL 746C approval for use in electrical equipment assemblies for indoor and outdoor signage applications.

SUBSTRATE RECOMMENDATIONS:

Bonds a wide variety of substrates including unprepared metals, including Aluminum, CRS and stainless steel as well as painted and coated metals. It has excellent adhesion to plastics such as PVC, polycarbonate, ABS, acrylic and thermoset composites with epoxy, polyester or vinyl ester resin matrices. The product is available in off white color.
